ADModule – Microsoft Signed ActiveDirectory PowerShell Module

ADModule - Microsoft Signed ActiveDirectory PowerShell Module

Microsoft signed DLL for the ActiveDirectory PowerShell module
Just a backup for the Microsoft’s ActiveDirectory PowerShell module from Server 2016 with RSAT and module put in. The DLL is often discovered at this path: C:Home windowsMicrosoft.NETassemblyGAC_64Microsoft.ActiveDirectory.Management
and the remainder of the module information at this path: C:WindowsSystem32WindowsPowerShellv1.0ModulesActiveDirectory

You can copy this DLL to your machine and use it to enumerate Active Directory with out putting in RSAT and with out having administrative privileges.
PS C:> Import-Module C:ADModuleMicrosoft.ActiveDirectory.Management.dll -Verbose

To be capable of listing all of the cmdlets within the module, import the module as properly. Remember to import the DLL first.
PS C:> Import-Module C:ADModuleMicrosoft.ActiveDirectory.Management.dll -Verbose
PS C:> Import-Module C:ADToolsADModuleActiveDirectoryActiveDirectory.psd1
PS C:> Get-Command -Module ActiveDirectory

There are many advantages like very low possibilities of detection by AV, very vast protection by cmdlets (I depart the utilization of cmdlets for a later publish :P), good filters for cmdlets, signed by Microsoft and so on. The most helpful one, nevertheless, is that this module works flawlessly from PowerShell’s Constrained Language Mode
